Shipping Policy

General processing, Shipping timeframes & Shipping fees

Turnaround time: 

7 to 10  working days for Tailor Made Products

2 to 3 working days for Ready Made Products

 

Our turnaround time means the time we process your order and/or make your order which does not include shipping time. 

Shipping time 

We dispatch all orders through NZ POST. Please be advised that the courier people handling your parcel are doing their best to deliver your parcel on time but there are times that your parcel may be delayed due to unforeseen events. If you are ordering from overseas, please click link NZ POST OVERSEAS DELIVERY UPDATES  before ordering.

New Zealand - 2-3 working days, tracked & signature required or non signature required; and may take up to 3 working days longer for rural delivery

Fees:

North Island  $11.99

South Island $17.99

 

Australia - 2-6 working days, tracked & signature required 

Fee: $33.99

 

Rest of the world

$44.99 - International courier - 3-10 working days, tracked

$68.99 - International express courier - 2-6 working days, tracked & signature required

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items, gift cards and tailor made products. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your damage/wrong items to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littlebusyboxes.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

Cancellations

Please email us at hello@littlebusyboxes.co.nz not later than 48 hours from the time your ordered, so we can still pull out your order from production queue. Cancellations made later than 48 hours are unfortunately not accepted.
